Sport Relief Does We Are the Champions BBC One, 4.05pm If you grew up in the 1970s or 1980s here's a treat, as the muchloved children's series We Are the Champions makes a one-week return in aid of Sport Relief. Paddy McGuinness is the man filling the shoes of the late Ron Pickering, who hosted the show from 1973 to 1991, while a roster of UK sporting greats - including Tim Henman, Kelly Holmes, Amir Khan and Beth Tweddle - coach the teams of schoolchildren through classic challenges such as Ballistic and Splashdown.

Dispatches: Children of Gaza Channel 4, 8.00pm Jezza Neumann, Business Laptop whose China's Stolen Children won a brace of Baftas in 2008, turns his attention to Palestinian children struggling to cope on the Gaza Strip in the wake of Israel's three-week military operation last year, which left 1,400 dead. For 12 months, Neumann's enthralling film follows nine-year-old Amal and 11 yearolds Ibraheem and Omsyate - who lost homes, family members and friends - as they try to piece their lives back together and understand the harsh world around them.

ABand for Britain BBC Two, 9.00pm In the run-up to last week's debut of this entertaining series, in which Sue Perkins set Puma Drift Cat Shoes about breathing new life into a shambolic South Yorkshire brass band, a Pounds 1million recording contract was announced. In tonight's second episode, recorded last year, fame and fortune still couldn't be a less likely prospect for the members of Dinnington Colliery Band - who quail at the thought of entering a local competition. Here she has 12 weeks to shed three stone - that's 42 lbs - in order to save her husband's life.
